Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your options on the product page, add the item to your cart, then follow the checkout steps. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at jwmccrac@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually change or cancel it.
Do you have a discount code?
Yes - use WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend. International orders are a flat $9.99, and shipping is free on international orders over $75.
How long does delivery take?
US orders usually arrive within 5-8 business days. International orders usually take 10-20 business days. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and more than 25 other countries. If your country appears at checkout, we can deliver to you.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
Orders outside the United States may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
Returns and refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email jwmccrac@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, and we'll send you return instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
When will I get my money back?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us approving the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.
Payment and security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Shop Pay and the other accelerated checkout options shown at checkout.
Is it safe to pay on this site?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted payment system. We never see or store your full card details.
