Shipping policy

Jow-Wow is an online-only retailer. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners and delivered by a tracked postal or courier service.

Shipping rates

We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Most of our items are dispatched by fulfilment partners located outside the United States, so please allow 7 to 15 business days for delivery within the US, counted from dispatch. Some items arrive sooner. These are estimates, not guarantees, and they can be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays and peak periods.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Incorrect addresses and undelivered parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
